- Prana Healing (Mudra of Life )
Bending the ring finger and the little finger, touch their tips to the tip of the thumb.
Performing this pose helps you to treat eye issues, prevent tiredness, energize the body and enhance the immunity.
- Gyan Mudra for Healing (Mudra of Knowledge)
Sitting in a lotus position, put the hand on the knee and touch the tip of the thumb with your index finger tip, closing or straightening the other three fingers.
It helps you to relax your mind and enhance concentration. It is proven in supporting intelligence, managing stress, treating insomnia, and reducing depression.
- Prithvi Mudra for Healing (Mudra of Earth)
Touching the tip of your thumb with the ring finger, press both fingers to each other, straightening the others.
This pose is very effective in regulating the balance of the element Earth in your body, enhancing your digestion.
- Vayu Mudra (Mudra of Air)
Folding the index finger towards the palm, press with the base of the thumb, while the other three fingers are extended.

In a sitting position, with the legs crossed, touch the tip of the thumb with the little finger, without pressing them hard, keeping the other fingers straight.

The best effects it gives when performed in the morning, on an empty stomach, but it is not recommended in the case of acidity.

Press the thumb base with the first phalanx of your middle finger.
It is beneficial for your nose, tongue, and ear issues and in the case of motion sickness and vertigo.
