9-Year Old Entrepreneur Lands Million Dollar Contract with Whole Foods

For some of you who are feeling bad about your laziness or you simply don’t have an idea how to be successful in nowadays, maybe this story would be your inspiration. This is an example of how the children can be inventive that can even land a US$1 million dollar contract with Whole Food’s grocery.

This 9-year-old child entrepreneur has created her own lemonade business thanks to an old recipe and some new inspiration. After getting stung by a bee, twice, Mikaila developed a fascination with the sometimes annoying little creatures. She received a 70-year-old flaxseed lemonade recipe from her great-grandmother, which she really wanted to try and make. She was inspired by bees and their delicious honey and created her own twist on the lemonade and Bee Sweet Lemonade was born.

This 9-year old girl beat out the conglomerate giants such as Coca-Cola, Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Pepsi and land a million dollar contract with Whole Foods.

 Her response to this competition was that she is not sure “Do they make theirs with love?”

She didn’t finish with this success and she is now leading workshops and other helpful classes to inspire other kids to get up and create something that belongs to their personality. Mikaila is heading on to be a very successful girl, having large dreams for her now established lemonade company.
