5 Delicious Homemade Mayonnaise Using Real Food That Has No Artificial Additives

This condiment is very popular additive to many foods and goes great with turkey, BLTs and avocado sandwiches. It tastes delicious, adding a unique flavor to your sandwich, but store-bought mayonnaise is worse than you can imagine, as it contains many harmful ingredients that can complicate health condition.

The so-called “real mayonnaise” is packed with GMOs and when the GMOs were introduced in 1996 to the USA, the chronic diseases in the American population increased from 7% to 13%. GMOs caused gastrointestinal and immune system disorders, organ damage, infertility and accelerate aging. These foods leave toxins inside our body that can result in more complicated problems.

Those who are constantly eating mayonnaise are not aware of the fact that they are overshooting their recommended caloric intake. Only 1 tablespoon of store-bought mayonnaise contains 90 calories, 10 grams of fat, 90 milligrams of sodium and 5 mg of cholesterol.
